Procedures for Joining

Once your membership application has been submitted (with payment) you will need to attend the next membership meeting. Membership applications received less than 7 days before the next meeting may be pushed to the following month's new-member roster. Please confirm with the membership secretary (contact@yorkadamsgameandfish.com) before attending the meeting for acceptance. All new members must attend Orientation at 7PM the night of the meeting in the Mother Club below the indoor pistol range. At the membership meeting, at 7:30PM, you will introduce yourself to the membership and be accepted by the meeting attendees. During this process, you will receive your membership card, lanyard cardholder, an access card to gain access to the club. Membership meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month. You can join the club on our website or you can mail a printable membership to 413 Country Club Rd Abbottstown, PA 17301.

Membership Types

We offer two types of memberships: Senior (65+) & Household. Both memberships cover individuals that live at your address full time.   Membership renewal fees for the calendar year are due by April 1st.
